Update v1.12

During the test print I noticed that I had used 2 different shades of gray, this is now fixed.

The new frames are better to use for self-printing. (But the old ones are still included and only hidden.)

Also, our first adventure is included in the middle. Either delete it, or translate it with.

The only important thing is to leave out the blank pages when exporting the PDF.
So only 1-18, 21-24 and 27-44 may be exported.
This is because Publisher always adds the section area from the opposite layout page.
If you didn't have the blank pages, there would only be a white stripe in the PDF.
